Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital is a full-fledged tertiary government medical college in Balasore, Odisha. The college imparts the degree Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) to graduates. It is recognized by the National Medical Commission. The hospital associated with the college is one of the largest hospitals in the Balasore district.

Selection to the college is done on the basis of merit through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test. Yearly undergraduate student intake is 100.

It is one of best Medical College among newly opened Medical Colleges.Patients of three districts Balaosre Mayurbhanj Bhadrak depend on this Medical College.Also people from neighbour state West Bengal come to this hospital for their treatment.
