Farm to Market Road 2920 (FM 2920) is a farm-to-market road in northwest Harris County, Texas, within the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

Route description[]

The road, which is sometimes called Waller–Tomball Road, passes from Business U.S. Highway 290 (Bus. US 290) to Interstate 45 (I-45) with an intersection with State Highway 249 (SH 249) in Tomball, where it is called Main Street.[2]

The road mainly serves rural far northern Harris County, but sections east of Tomball have single-family residence subdivisions.

History[]

FM 2920 was designated on May 6, 1964 on a route from US 290 at Waller eastward to FM 149 (now SH 249) at Tomball. It was extended east to I-45 on November 7, 1964.[1]
