Farzana Nesara Khatoon[1] better known as Farzana Alam is an Indian politician from Punjab.[2] She was elected from Malerkotla in 2012,[3] as a member of Shiromani Akali Dal.[4] Her husband Mohammad Izhar Alam was a Police officer.[5][6][7][8] She joined Punjab Lok Congress[9][10] on 14 December 2021 ahead of 2022 Punjab Legislative Assembly election.[11]
Political career[]
Farzana fought and elected to Punjab Legislative Assembly in 2012 Punjab Legislative Assembly election from Malerkotla.[12] She denied to fight election in 2017 Punjab Legislative Assembly election from the same constituency.[13][14]
