Fatim Winshett El Habib Diarra[1] (born 1986[2] Helsinki) is a Finnish politician. She is one of the party deputy chairpersons of Green League and in June 2021 she was elected Chair of the City Council of Helsinki.[3] Prior to that, she served as a city councilor in Helsinki.

Diarra chairs Naisasialiitto Unioni, the oldest feminist organization in Finland, and in June 2021 she was elected to the Board of Administration of the European Women’s Lobby (EWL).[4]

She is active also in the BLM (Black Lives Matter movement) and for body positivity.[5]

In the past, Fatim Diarra was active in the scout movement.[6]
