Federal Socialist Party (Sanghiya Samajbadi Party) was a political party of Nepal led by Ashok Rai formed in 2012. This party had 5 members in 2nd constituent assembly. This party merged with Madhesi Jana Adhikar Forum, Nepal and Khas Samabesi Party in Jun 2015 to create which was the 5th largest party in Constituent Assembly.
