2021 Atlanta mayoral race[]

On January 28, 2021, Moore announced her candidacy for Mayor of Atlanta in the 2021 Atlanta mayoral election.[5] Her platform focuses on safer neighborhoods, government transparency, fiscal stability, and guaranteed city services.[6]

After the November 30th 2021 run-off election in Atlanta, Moore blamed the rapper T.I. and Isaac Hayes III of turning public opinion in the city against her.[7] Moore admitted in a video message that she opposed the opening of new recording studios in Atlanta; however, she states that T.I. and Isaac Hayes III claimed falsely that she wanted to close all strip clubs in Atlanta.[8]
