Personal drama[]

At 8 years old, the father of Caça Rato came home drunk and tried to hang Caça, and when he was almost being hanged his uncle saved him.[1][2]

Caça-Rato took two shots on a Sunday night on 1 August 2010 in the town of Campina Barreto, Pernambuco. The incident occurred at a party after a round of Timbaúba, team that defended, at the event. Flavio got caught in an argument with two men, one of them pulled a gun and shot him in the right leg and on the back of the player. After stopping by a hospital, Flavio was medicated and discharged. He was back in the fields after a month.[1]
