Florence Guérin (born on 12 June 1965), also known as Florence Nicolas, is a French actress. Born in Nice, France, she appeared both in film and in television roles since 1980.[1]
Biography[]
Having spent her early life in comfortable circumstances, at around 10 years of age she moved to a public housing project (habitation à loyer modéré), in Cannes-, following the death of her father. She left school at age 14 and won the Miss Cinema competition at Cannes in 1980.
On 31 May 1998 she was involved in a serious road traffic accident caused by a drunk driver at Villepinte, Seine-Saint-Denis. Her 5-year-old son Nicolas died in the tragedy.
