The four-digit toad (Didynamipus sjostedti) is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae.

It is found in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
