Frank Baddeley

Frank Morrish Baddeley (1874-1966) was a British colonial administrator.^[1]

Life[]

Baddeley was acting Colonial Secretary to the government of a British Colony in Malaya, and subsequently Colonial Secretary to the government of Nigeria.^[2]
