Frank Buttery (May 13, 1851 – December 16, 1902) was an American professional baseball player who played during the 1872 season for the Middletown Mansfields in the National Association. He is said to have played the previous year for the 1871 Stratford Osceolas, which were the champions of the state of Connecticut. [1] Buttery is also said to have played with the Norwalk Libertys in 1870 and was college educated.
