Frank J Kelly

Frank J. Kelly, FRSB, FRSC, is a British professor of community health and policy at Imperial College London,[1][2] and an authority on the medical effects of air pollution.[3][4] Previously Professor of Environmental Health at King's College, London, where he was Director of the Environmental Research Group, he has also served as Chairman of COMEAP, the UK Department of Health Expert Committee on the Medical Effects of Air Pollutants, President of the European Society for Free Radical Research, and Chairman of the British Association for Lung Research. Kelly has published over 380 peer-reviewed papers[5] and his work has been cited over 35,000 times.[6] He is a frequent media commentator on air quality issues, such as pollution in London,[7][8] pollution caused by road transport,[4][9] and the effectiveness of air pollution limits and guidelines.[10]
