Frank Reid (born c. 1946) is a retired Canadian football player who played for the Ottawa Rough Riders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.[1] He played college football at the University at Buffalo. He later entered politics, serving as a Nepean City Councillor from 1980 to 1991 and an Ottawa-Carleton regional councillor for Nepean from 1985 to 1991.[2]
