Gale International is privately owned real estate development based in New York City.[citation needed]
It is the majority partner in the development of Songdo International Business District, a high-technology city in New Songdo, Incheon, South Korea, which is Korea's largest foreign real estate development project.[1] The former CEO is John B. Hynes, III.[2]
