Gaurav Khanna is an Indian television actor and a model. He is known for his roles of Neil in Jeevan Saathi and Akshay in Tere Bin.[1][2]

Career[]

Gaurav Khanna worked as a marketing manager in an IT firm for nearly a year before switching careers. He started his career appearing in television commercials.[3][4] His first appearance on a television show was in the hit show Bhabhi as Bhuvan Sareen. His next notable role was in Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan as Sharman Wadhwa. Khanna's first lead role was in Meri Doli Tere Angana in 2007.

Khanna is best known for his role in Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam as Abeer Bajpayee opposite Yami Gautam in 2009.

Khanna was seen as a contestant in 9X's dance competition, Jalwa Four 2 Ka 1[5] and made a special appearance on the show Dancing Queen. He was also the host for Season 3 of the show Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan.[6]

He was also seen in popular show CID as Senior Inspector Kavin. He entered 'CID' in Episode 1060.

In late August 2021 he bagged the role of Anuj Kapadia amidst the rumours of Ronit Roy , Ram Kapoor and Varun Badola amongst others in Anupamaa

Personal life[]

In early 2016 Khanna was revealed to be dating television actress Akanksha Chamola.[7][8] The couple were married on 24 November 2016 in his hometown Kanpur.[9][10][11]
