Gavin Gordon (born 28 February 1978) is an Irish former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s. He played at representative level for Ireland, and at club level for the , the London Broncos (A-Team) and the North London Skolars, as a fullback.[1] Gavin Gordon is the youngest ever rugby league international, he played for Ireland, aged 17 years 229 days old, against Moldova at Spotland Stadium, Rochdale on Monday 16 October 1995.[2]

International honours[]

Gavin Gordon won 5 caps for Ireland in 1995–2001 while at Bangor Vikings, London Broncos, and North London Skolars.[1][3]

Gavin Gordon was threatened with being banned from rugby union by his school if he played in the 1995 Rugby League Emerging Nations Tournament, but this threat was eventually withdrawn.[4]
