Geeta Chandran is an Indian Bharatanatyam dancer and vocalist.
Recognition[]
The Government of India awarded Chandran the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honour, in 2007, for her contributions to the field of art.[1]
Geeta Chandran has been conferred the Sangeet Natak Akademi Puruskar for Bharatanatyam for the year 2016.[2]
