Georgi Vangelov (born 29 July 1993) is a Bulgarian freestyle wrestler. He is a bronze medalist at the European Wrestling Championships.[2] He also represented Bulgaria at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.[3]
Career[]
In 2016, he won one of the bronze medals in the men's freestyle 57 kg event at the 2016 European Wrestling Championships held in Riga, Latvia.[2]
In 2020, he won one of the bronze medals in the men's 61 kg event at the 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup held in Belgrade, Serbia.[4][5]
He lost his bronze medal match in the men's 57 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.[3]

Vangelov is married and has a daughter.[1]
