Ghetto Dope is the debut album by the 5th Ward Boyz, released on May 18, 1993 through Rap-a-Lot Records. The album featured production from Mike Dean, N.O. Joe, James Smith and John Bido.

Ghetto Dope peaked at number 176 on the Billboard 200, 19 on the R&B charts and 26 on the Heatseekers chart. The album also produced two singles "Thanks for the Blessing" and "Same Ol'", but neither made it to the Billboard charts.
