Excluded tracks[]

Two songs which appear in the film are excluded from the final soundtrack for unknown reasons. Senza Fine sung by Monica Mancini, but in the film is lip-sung by Italian actress Francesca Rettondini. The song appears in the opening scene, and it a fan favorite but wasn't released with the album. Although the song was released in January 2002 on Mancini's album Cinema Paradiso.

The song "Not Falling" by Mudvayne appears twice in the film, once in the beginning when Santos it blasting it on the bridge. The second time the song appears is in the final scene when Epps is being taken away in the ambulance. Despite the song showing up twice it was still cut from the soundtrack for unknown reasons.
