Gierałtów [ɡʲɛˈrau̯tuv] (German: Gersdorf am Queis) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) west of Nowogrodziec, 20 km (12 mi) west of Bolesławiec, and 121 km (75 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 1,200.
