Gmina Irządze is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Irządze, which lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north-east of Zawiercie and 64 km (40 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 73.55 square kilometres (28.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 2,623.
