Gmina Lubrza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the Czech border. Its seat is the village of Lubrza, which lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Prudnik and 43 km (27 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.
The gmina covers an area of 83.15 square kilometres (32.1 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 4,324.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Opawskie Mountains Landscape Park.
