Gmina Opinogóra Górna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ciechanów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Opinogóra Górna, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Ciechanów and 79 km (49 mi) north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 139.76 square kilometres (54.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,980 (5,982 in 2013).
