Gmina Stęszew is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Stęszew, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 175.22 square kilometres (67.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 13,919 (out of which the population of Stęszew amounts to 5,339, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,580).
