Gmina Tomice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wadowice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tomice, which lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Wadowice and 37 km (23 mi) south-west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 41.73 square kilometres (16.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,232.
