GnarKill vs. Unkle Matt and the ShitBirdz is the second album by American parody band Gnarkill, released on May 16, 2006. It was recorded with Matt Cole ("Unkle Matt & the Shitbirdz"), who is featured on the album with songs such as "Shitbird Serenade!", "Urine!", and the hidden track "A.I.D.S". Gnarkill also used Cole's studio ("Shitbird Studios") in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Rich Vose plays guitar on almost all the tracks and also performs the piano on the track "Dico at the Piano Bar!".
