Govinda Vidyadhara
Govinda Vidyadhara was the founder of Bhoi Dynasty[1][2] in Eastern India. According to historians he was of writer caste descent Karan[3].[4][5][6][7][8]Historian KC. Panigrahi has theorized Bhoi rulers to be of Karana descent.[9] He usurped the throne after the death of Gajapati Prataprudra Deva and took the title of Suvarnakeshari. His rule was short-lived that for seven years only followed by his son Chakrapratap.[10][11]
