Graniczna Wieś [ɡraˈnit͡ʂna ˈvjɛɕ] (German: Grenzdorf) (literally meaning in Polish and German "boundary village") is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Trąbki Wielkie, within Gdańsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Trąbki Wielkie, 17 km (11 mi) south-west of Pruszcz Gdański, and 26 km (16 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

During the Second World War Graniczna Wieś was the site of subcamp Grenzdorf of the Stutthof concentration camp.

The village has a population of 252.
