Gregory K. Anderson is a United States Army major general who has been the Director of Operations and Cyber of the United States Africa Command since July 2021. He previously was the Deputy Director of Strategy, Plans, and Policy of the United States Central Command from June 2019 to June 2021.[1][2][3]

In February 2021, Anderson was assigned to succeed Joel Tyler as the director of operations of the United States Africa Command.[4] He was nominated for promotion to major general in July 2021.[5]
