Garura (Garo, Garuda, Garofalo and Gurda) is a community found mainly in western India in the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.^[1] They are the priests of Scheduled Castes in states of Gujarat and Rajasthan.^[2][3]

And they are brahmins of mostly sc castes but according to some historians they are not Dalits.
