gutefrage.net, commonly known and stylized in its logo as gutefrage (literally goodquestion), is a German question and answer website without topic specialization founded in July 2006 and is operated by gutefrage.net GmbH. Every user can ask questions; answers are provided by user contribution[1] and only allowed in German language, except for quotes, meanings or specific translations.[2]

It is one of the most popular websites in Germany.[3]

According to its statements, gutefrage.net is the largest question and answer website in German language[2] and has about 4.5 million daily active users as of February 2021.[4]

As of February 2021, the website contains over 24 million questions with more than 94 million answers.[4]
