Guy Sagiv (Hebrew: גיא שגיב‎; born 5 December 1994) is an Israeli cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Israel–Premier Tech.[3] In May 2018, he was named in the startlist for the Giro d'Italia.[4]

He is in a relationship with Israeli cyclist Omer Shapira.[5]
