Gymnostomum is a genus of bryophyte in family Pottiaceae.[1] It was first described by Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck and Christian Friedrich Hornschuch[2]
It contains the following species (but this list may be incomplete):
- Gymnostomum boreale, Nyholm & Hedenäs
- Gymnostomum calcareum
