Harbour Mille-Little Harbour East is a local service district and designated place in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It is located on the Burin Peninsula in the island of Newfoundland. The DPL consists in the village of Harbour Mille and the settlement of Little Harbour East.
The area had a population of 176 in the Canada 2006 Census.[1]

Harbour Mille-Little Harbour East is a local service district (LSD)[2] that is governed by a committee responsible for the provision of certain services to the community.[3] The chair of the LSD committee is Robert Pardy.[2]
