Harry Sachdeva is a Delhi-based Writer, Director, Film-Producer and one of the leading F&B Importer and Marketer in India. He has written and produced his first Bollywood Film "31st October" which was based on the backdrop of 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The film was directed by a national award winner and received standing ovations at international film festivals like London International Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival and Sikhhi International Film Festival.

Before entering Bollywood, Harry Sachdeva rose the ranks in the Import & Distribution industry and became the face behind entry of San Miguel, Krombacher, Kafer, Andes and 30 other international brands in India. He currently heads Magical Dreams Productions, Wierdoff, Hotel Goodtimes, Gr8 Future Brands, Allied Spirits, Montage Distillery and Jes & Ben Groupo.

His latest venture Jes & Ben Groupo was established in August 2016. In merely 13 months, Jes & Ben Groupo has spread through 14 states, has brought the third most sold energy drink—HELL ENERGY to India, and with a revolutionary marketing and placement strategy, has sold over 10 million cans. The company is introducing a range of globally renowned products in India including Tiffany Brand & Serene Juice and a premium coconut water brand, Justé COCO.

Early life[]

Harry Sachdeva was born on 17 November 1977 to a Sikh family in Delhi and grew up listening to the stories of the blood-shed of 1984 from his parents Mr. DPS Sachedva and Mrs. Tejinder Sachdeva. He was always inclined towards writing and grew up skilling his interest and decided to write 31 October. A sports enthusiast, Harry grew up engaging himself highly in film making classes, learning foreign languages, photography and traveling around the world.

Being associated to a widespread business domain, his profound interest lies in Film and Television and he sees a great potential in the industry, following which he has plans to come up with many films spread across different genres. He is also a renowned food and beverages importer & marketer who launched hell energy in India.

Film career[]

His first film - 31st October was released on 21 October 2016.[1][2] 31 October stars Soha Ali Khan and Vir Das where Soha plays the lead protagonist and the film is true story of a family's survival. Harry enrobed an elite team from the industry, like Shivaji Lotan Patil (National Award-winning director for his film Dhaag), Mr. Ramani Ranjan Das, (has been associated with films like 3 Idiots, Lagey raho Munnabhai; Agent Vinod and Khiladi 786, Keun Duniya Ru Asila Bandhu, Mu Sapanara Soudagar etc.), Parvez Fazal Khan (action director for Bullett Raja, Kai po che, Ra.One etc.).[3]

Harry plans to go on the floor with Divyaang—a movie based on Autism, and I-Witness—The story of India's most high-profile Honour Killing and a rarest of rare murder case in early 2019.
