Helga Aradóttir

Helga Aradóttir (1538–1614) was an Icelandic woman famous for her stormy love story, divorce and following feud with the poet , who dedicated many of his poems to her. She was the daughter of Ari Jónsson, a lawyer, and his wife Halldora Þorleifsdóttir.[1]
