Hellinsia tetraonipennis is a moth of the family Pterophoridae that is found in Guatemala[1] and Mexico (Sonora).
The wingspan is 19 millimetres (0.75 in). The forewings are pale ochreous and the markings are pale brown. The hindwings and fringes are brown grey. Adults are on wing in August, at an altitude around 1,400 metres (4,600 ft).[2]
