Helm Glacier

Helm Glacier ( WikiMiniAtlas83°7′S 162°30′E / 83.117°S 162.500°E / -83.117; 162.500Coordinates: 83°7′S 162°30′E / 83.117°S 162.500°E / -83.117; 162.500) is a glacier, 15 nautical miles (28 km) long, flowing north to enter Lowery Glacier just west of the Fazekas Hills, in the Queen Elizabeth Range of Antarctica. It was named for , former Secretary of the Ross Sea Committee, by the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1961–62).[1]
