Herbert Urlacher (born December 30, 1931) was an American politician who was a member of the North Dakota State Senate. He represented the 36th district from 1993 to 2008 as a member of the Republican party. He also sat in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1989 to 1992.[1] He is an alumnus of the University of North Dakota. He is a farmer and rancher.[2]
