High Council of Regency

The High Council of Regency was a political body which ruled the Principality of Albania from 30 January 1920 until 31 January 1925. Its members were:

30 January 1920 - 25 December 1921

• Aqif Pashë Biçaku (to 22 December 1921)
• Luigj Bumçi (to 22 December 1921)
• Abdi Bey Toptani
• Mihal Turtulli

25 December 1921 - 31 January 1925

• Omer Pashë Vrioni (to 22 January 1922)
• (to 22 January 1922)
• Sotir Peçi
• Xhafer Ypi (from 2 December 1922)
• (from 2 December 1922)

From 2 July 1924 until 24 December 1924, Fan Noli was acting head of the High Council.^[1]
