Hong Kong Noodle Company is a Chinese noodle manufacturer in Los Angeles, United States. It was founded in 1913 by Canton native Jung David who had immigrated to Los Angeles. It also claims to be where the fortune cookie was invented, though the origin is disputed.[2][3][4]
