Howard Stupp (born 3 May 1955) is a Canadian former wrestler and lawyer. He completed in the men's Greco-Roman 62 kg at the 1976 Summer Olympics.[1] He won his first medal for Greco-Roman wrestling at the 1975 Pan-American Games, and in 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, no medals.[2]

After he graduated at the McGill University, he was worked as a Special Legal Adviser for the International Olympic Committee from 1984 until 2017.[3]
