Hridayesh Tripathi (Nepali: हृदयेश त्रिपाठी) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the People's Progressive Party. He's also the current chairman of the party.[1]

A former Minister of Health and Population Tripathi was worked several terms as minister under the government of Nepali Congress and CPN (UML).[2]

Education and career[]

He along with Mahantha Thakur, formed Tarai-Madhesh Loktantrik Party in the wake of Madhes Andolan. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Nawalparasi-6 constituency.[2]
