Hueto Abajo

Hueto Abajo (also known as Oto Barren in Basque and officially designated Hueto Abajo-Oto Barren) is a village in the Basque municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It is one of the councils constituting the "northwestern rural zone".[clarification needed]. Hueto Abajo has a population of 52. Hueto comes from the euskera Goitio, means high place. (Goitio-Barren)
