The Hundred of Finniss is a cadastral unit of hundred in South Australia on the west bank of the lower Murray River.[1] It is one of the ten hundreds of the County of Sturt. The main population centre in the hundred is the township of Mannum, a river port. Apart from Mannum and , other localities within the hundred are in the north, and in the west, the riverside hamlets of and in the east, and parts of , Milendella, Tepko, and Caloote.

Derivation of Name: Colonel Boyle Travers Finniss; Other Details: Finniss was an assistant to Colonel William Light, the second Commissioner of Police, then M.L.C. 1847-1862. Area 126 square miles.
