The Huzhou–Hangzhou high-speed railway or Huhang high-speed railway is a high-speed railway in China. The line will be 135.9 kilometres (84.4 mi) long and have a maximum speed of 350 kilometres per hour (220 mph).[1] The line is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2022.[2]

History[]

The line, and Hangzhou West railway station, began construction in September 2019.[3]

Route[]

The line provides a second north-south high-speed channel through Hangzhou and establishes a fourth major station, Hangzhou West.
