IF Fløya is a Norwegian professional football club from the city of Tromsø. The club was founded on 24 June 1922 and named for the which overlooks Tromsø centre.

The women's team currently play in the First Division, after getting relegated from Toppserien in 2010. The team got a third-place finish in the 2004 season as its best ever achievement. They were relegated in 2009 but achieved promotion to the Toppserien again in 2010.

The men's team plays in the 2. divisjon, the third tier in the Norwegian football league system. The famous Norwegian striker Rune Lange started his career in IF Fløya.
