Siri Ingrid Idun Lovén (Swedish artist, art educator, and educationalist. She was the director of the private school Konstskolan Idun Lovén in Stockholm.

Idun Loven was born on April 12, 1916, in Växjö, Sweden.[1] She was the youngest of seven children of Samuel Lovén, and his wife Zidonia. She had 6 sisters, one of whom was athlete . Her father was a college teacher. When she was four years old, the family moved to Linköping. She studied at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry from 1938 – 1939, and in Pernby School of Painting from 1939 – 1940. She painted landscapes of several places including Lapland, Kinda in southern Östergötland, and Tjust's archipelago in northern Småland. She also painted still lifes and portraits. She had her first exhibitions of artwork during 1945 and 1948 in Östersund and Linköping. In 1957, she became the head of the Edward Berggrens elevateljé on in Stockholm. The same year she took over the school and changed its name to the Konstskolan Idun Lovén, and at which she was a teacher and principal until the mid-1980s.[2][3][4][5]
Idun Loven has married four times in her life. She was first married to the artist Erik Andor Johannes Norberg (1910–1975) from 1940–1947, second to the former foreign legionnaire [2][6][3][7]
(1915–1992) from 1950 – 1953, and had a daughter with him, third to the construction worker Eero Armas Järvinen (1923–1985) from 1959 – 1962, and for the fourth time to the graduate economist Kjell Ljunggren (born 1921) from 1962–1966.Idun Loven died on February 20, 1988, in Solna.[1] She is buried at the Västra griftegården in Linköping.[8]
