Ilaria Cusinato (born 5 October 1999) is an Italian swimmer.[2] She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in 200 m individual medley and 400 m individual medley.[3]

She competed in the women's 400 metre individual medley event at the 2018 European Aquatics Championships, winning the silver medal.[4] Cusinato is an athlete of the Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Oro.[5]
